8′ EdgeGARD e3 HF clean benches are shipped in 2 pieces and require assembly on-site by a third party certification company. (assembly not performed by inside delivery movers/white glove delivery personnel)
A freight and inside delivery quote includes a single trip to move equipment into the designated space, unpack equipment, and remove any shipping material.
Requesting the inside moving team to return will result in additional charges.

Inside movers must have free and clear access to final hood destination, all pathways to be verified by customer prior to crew arrival.
No stairs are included in the quote and must be noted on this form and additional charges will apply.
The inside delivery team does not perform electrical, duct work, FlexAir canopy installation, connection to services, unit assembly (for 8′ units), certification, decontamination, or maintenance services.
Any additional delivery fees will be charged to the customer unless quoted otherwise.
