Each unit that leaves our factory comes equipped with a test report completed by one of our technicians. The individual test report, along with an operator and service manual for each model, can be accessible via the QR code on your Baker product.

Validation Document
Baker can provide you with the documentation necessary for you to perform the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols associated with the installation of our equipment within your validated processes. Contact us to learn more.
Validation Services Details:
A certified process ensures that qualified equipment is used pursuant to validated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Those SOPs that are applicable to equipment and instruments are classified as follows:
Installation Qualification (IQ) documents that the specified equipment was received and properly installed in a suitable environment. IQ is also required for used equipment installation, equipment moved within a facility or connected to modified systems at the facility or subject to a changed SOP. IQ is performed by the customer of their designated 3rd party.
Operational Qualification (OQ) documents that the equipment still meets its specifications after installation in the customer’s facility. OQ should be performed by the customer or their designated 3rd party and must be performed at least annually for every piece of equipment.
Validation Services
We offer free technical support by phone or email for all products currently under warranty. If your product is not currently under warranty, you may still be entitled to free phone or email support.

Warranty Information for Baker Products

Baker expressly represents and warrants all goods (a) to be as specified (and described) in Baker catalogs and literature, and (b) to be free under normal use, service and testing (all as described in Baker catalogs and literature) from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified below. The exclusive remedy for any breach or violation of this warranty is as follows: The Baker Company, Inc., will F.O.B. Sanford, Maine, furnish without charge repairs to or replacement of the parts or equipment that proved defective in material or workmanship. No claim may be made for any incidental or consequential damages.

- Thirty-six months from the invoice date (inside the U.S./Canada)

- Twenty-Four Months from the invoice date (globally)
BioPROTECT®, ChemGARD®, IsoGARD®, and AeroPROTECT 360°
- Twelve months from the invoice date (globally)
BioVanguard, BioVanguard B, EuroFlow, EuroFlow B, Crossflow, Downflow, NEG
- 3-year warranty from invoice date on laminar flow systems, with the 1st year being full (including parts, labor and travel costs) and the 2nd and 3rd years on parts only. (Domestic NL)
- 2-year warranty from invoice date on laminair flow systems, with the 1st year on parts and shipping costs (labour not included) and the 2nd year warranty on parts only (shipping costs and labour are not included). (Outside NL)
Extended Warranty Program
Baker offers an extended warranty program for all products, which includes the same coverage as our standard warranty for an additional three years. For more information about Baker’s Extended Warranty Program, please contact us.
Extended Warranty Details:
The Extended Warranty program expressly represents and warrants all goods (a) to be as specified (and described) in Baker catalogues and literature, and (b) to be free under normal use, service and testing (all as described in Baker catalogues and literature) from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years following the expiration of the Standard Warranty.
The exclusive remedy for any breach or violation of this warranty is as follows: Baker will F.O.B. Sanford, Maine, furnish without charge repairs to or replacement parts for equipment which proved defective in material or workmanship.
No claim may be made for any incidental or consequential damages.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY BAKER. BAKER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, SERVICE OR TESTING OF GOODS.
