Baker BSC Technical Training
Hands-on certification training for outside service technicians and certifiers.
Learn SterilGARD® and BioChemGARD® certification directly from Baker‘s own Tech Support team.
October 19-21, 2026 | The Baker Company, Sanford, Maine
Why Attend
Baker biosafety cabinets are built and serviced differently than other brands on the market. This three-day, hands-on course puts you directly with Baker’s own Tech Support team, learning the airflow design, control logic, certification steps, and troubleshooting shortcuts specific to Baker equipment. No generic content, no brand-agnostic overview: this is Baker training, from Baker.
01. Full hands-on certification Training on two Baker product lines, SterilGARD Class II Type A2 and BioChemGARD Class II Type B2, not just a classroom overview.
02. Direct access to Baker‘s Tech Support team Ongoing access to Bryan Lavallee and the Baker Tech Support team for questions after you leave, a resource most outside techs don’t have today.
03. Electrical troubleshooting and OEM training Component training on the BDM401 and Sony BCC300 that speeds up diagnosis and cuts down on return visits in the field.
Who should attend?
This course is built for third-party certifiers, independent service technicians, and repair companies who work on Baker biosafety cabinets in the field but aren’t Baker employees. If your team certifies, services, or troubleshoots Baker units, this training is for you.
Seats are limited to keep the hands-on ratio meaningful.
We recommend registering early!
