Baker and Rapp-iso Partner to Offer Innovative Solutions for Nuclear Medicine and Oncology Applications

Baker and Rapp-iso have joined forces to offer innovative solutions for nuclear medicine and oncology applications. Since the beginning of 2023, the Baker Company and Rapp-iso have collaborated to provide biosafety solutions combined with radiation shielding and measurements to customers in the field of nuclear medicine and oncology. Their innovative solution, the EuroFlow N Series Class II Microbiological Safety cabinet, is used for manufacturing and testing medicines used in specific radio-active treatments for patient groups.

The first projects are about to be delivered to customers shortly, and both companies recently participated in a large exhibition in Germany where their combined effort was promoted.

In these projects, Baker‘s contribution was the design, development, and manufacturing of the lead-shielded safety cabinets, while Rapp-Iso focused on designing, developing, and manufacturing the working area with measuring devices and lifts necessary for creating patient-tailored medicines.
